400 Series UV-Vis Spectrophotometer Service Contracts

S.I. Photonics is pleased to offer comprehensive service contracts for all 400 Series Instruments. Service contracts cover all parts and labor associated with repair for both instruments and sampling accessories. This feature is very popular for 24/7 industrial applications where downtime is unacceptable. Service contracts are also popular for teaching applications where multiple instruments are necessary for the effective flow of students and experiments.

The service contract covers a period of one full year.

In the event your system requires service, a loaner instrument can be provided within 24 hours to ensure downtime is minimized as much as possible.

Software upgrades are included at no additional charge for instruments under contract.

Users are entitled to one free calibration verification evaluation per year.
