Quantitative Software for
400 Series UV/Vis Spectrophotometers

All 400 Series instruments permit simultaneous quantitative analysis at up to three wavelengths. Automatic baseline correction is also possible, a feature not available with scanning spectrophotometers.

Calibration standards and sample concentrations are depicted both graphically and in table form simultaneously on the screen.

Sample results are automatically superimposed on the calibration plot.

Blank subtraction, dark current compensation and optimum integration times are automatically performed.

Users can view each spectrum associated with each data point.....a feature not available with other instruments!

Correlation coefficient results for all three lines can be reviewed and printed.

Data is readily exported to Excel.
