UV/Vis Spectrophotometers

High sensitivity, low noise charge coupled device (CCD) detectors provide the ability to acquire a full spectrum in the time it takes scanning UV-Vis spectrophotometers to acquire a single wavelength.

The 400 Series UV/Vis Spectrophotometers exhibit all the benefits of array detection including no moving parts, extremely high wavelength stability and reproducibility. In addition, the 400 Series UV/Vis Spectrophotometers are specifically designed for use with fiber optic sampling accessories for unsurpassed versatility.
Model 420 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer
The 400 Series UV/Vis Spectrophotometers are ideally suited for demanding laboratory applications including research and QA/QC labs, yet extremely rugged and virtually "student proof" for teaching laboratories as well.
Powerful yet user friendly software further add to the versatility of the 400 Series UV/Vis Spectrophotometers. Intelligent and integrated software permit simultaneous acquisitions of absorbance, transmittance, reflectance and intensity measurements. Stand alone software packages are available for radiometry, emission, and color analysis that include Gardner color, CIELUV, CIELAB, Hunter, yellowness index, whiteness index and tint.
